General terms of use, general rules and legal responsibilities

It is recommended that the User Agreement, which includes the following terms, rules and legal responsibilities, should be read before using the klinkshop.com e-commerce site.

Please do not use the klinkshop.com e-commerce site if the terms and conditions are not suitable for you. By using the site and filling out the form with your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written on these pages.

In the following written cases, the site management may prevent the member from using the site and reserves its legal rights against those involved in the following issues:

All legal, penal and financial liabilities that may arise from the use of these notices and illegal use belongs to the User.

3.d. If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules stated on www.klinkshop.com, the User may be prevented from using klinkshop.com for a period of time or indefinitely and / or the account may be closed.

3.e The user shall not take any preventive or compelling actions for other users and visitors to use klinkshop.com, nor may install or force / lock servers or databases. He/She cannot attempt to cheat and accepts that his/her membership will be terminated and any legal and criminal liability that may arise from the situation.

3.g. The User may not delete or remove any copyright, trademark or any other scope of Intellectual and Artistic Works law from any material copied or printed from www.klinkshop.com.

3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user via the www.klinkshop.com e-commerce site. The user who terminates his / her membership will be revoked. The person who cancels his / her membership accepts that this transaction has no return.

3.j. It is the responsibility of the users of the site to deal with each other or with third parties.

3.m. In certain parts of the site, different rules and obligations specific to that section may be specified. Persons and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.

3.o. The user accepts and undertakes that the payment information (credit card, GSM number information etc.) to be used in the purchases made through the site is correct and that the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from them belong to them.

3.p. The user accepts and undertakes that he does not share the information such as payment tools such as credit card, password, etc. with third parties, and that every shopping made by the user is made by him/her. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the user's credit card details has not been received by third parties. www.klinkshop.com e-commerce site never accepts any responsibility about the shoppings made with stolen/hacked credit card details.

4. Notification Addresses
4.a. The site www.klinkshop.com does not require mail addresses in advance. However, the e-mail address that the user notifies www.klinkshop.com is deemed to be the e-mail address where the legal address will be requested for any notification regarding this agreement.

4.b. Unless the parties notify the other party in writing of any changes to their existing e-mails within 3 (three) days, they accept that requests to old e-mails will be valid and deemed to have been made to them.

4.c. Again, any notification made by www.klinkshop.com using the registered e-mail address of the user shall be deemed to have reached the user 1 (one) day after the e-mail is sent by www.klinkshop.com. The user declares, accepts and undertakes that he has read, understood, accepted and confirmed the accuracy of the information provided in this agreement.
