Clause 1 : Legal Parties

Within this contract, the parties shall be referred together or separetely as ''Buyer'' and ''Seller''. The parties have agreed to make an Online Sales Agreement (hereinafter called as contract) under the following conditions. This contract will become effective on the date the service fee is collected from the Buyer.

Clause 2 : SUBJECT.

The subject of this contract is the responsibility of the parties to each other in the payment and delivery process when an order is placed on the website www.klinkshop.com which belongs to Seller.

Clause 3: Description of the services and prices subjected to the contract.

Clause 4: Payment

4.1. If the service fee is not paid or transferred by the Buyer for any reason, or if the payment is canceled from the bank account, Seller will not be liable to provide services under this contract.

4.2. Seller invoices the service fees to the buyer after the payment is received.

 

4.3. Seller sends the invoice  to the Buyer during delivery.

4.4. Seller will have right to cancel the order if the credit card holder's and the Buyer's identity is not matching on the credit card used in the order nor any vulnerability belongs.

Clause 5: Liabilities

5.1. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that he / she has all the necessary information about the content of the service, basic qualities, characteristics, sales prices, payment methods of the services constituting the contract from the klinkshop.com website. In accordance with this information, Buyer receives the necessary approvals for online shopping. Buyer has read, accepted, and approved all clauses during the online shopping.

5.2. The parties agree that any notice to be made pursuant to the contract must be in writing, unless otherwise stated in writing, that the addresses specified in this contract are the legal notification addresses and that the written notifications to these addresses shall give rise to all legal consequences of the current notification.

Clause 6: Authorised Court

If there is any dispute relating to this contract, the consumer courts closest to the addresses of the parties shall be in charge.

This sales contract composed of 6 (six) clauses.
