Warranty Conditions

All products are under manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. Please check the product at the time of delivery to ensure that the warranty conditions apply. Keep a record of it when it is damaged and do not receive the product. Changes to the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.

Product Return Conditions

If the product you purchased through our site is found to be faulty, you must contact us at our online support department within 7 days from the date of delivery. Following this information, the defective product which you will send us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product defect is due to customer use or if the product has been used within 7 days, the product will not be returned and replaced. As the product return and replacement conditions, practices are essential in accordance with the Republic of Turkey Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection.
